Strength

Total Body: Strength, Cardio, HIIT, OH MY! In this class you will work core, upper body, and lower body, focusing on functional movements. Incorporating metabolic burst or HIIT to get our heart rate up and sweat flowing.

Strength Circuit (no jumping/low impact): Another total body class, just without the metabolic burst. Don’t worry, you’ll still walk away dripping sweat and ready to attack your day.

Arms and Abs: Who doesn’t love some arms and abs? Enough said.

Lower Body: Wanna give the upper body a break? This class specifically focuses on the lower body, booty included.

Glutes and Abs: Did you know that your glutes are the largest/most powerful muscle group in the body and that we constantly use our core muscles for basically every daily activity? Let’s put them to work and make our every day life a little easier.

Agility, Cardio, Core: Calling all Athletes! This heart pumping class will test your speed, agility, quickness, balance. All while giving you that sweaty AF feeling to dominate the rest of your day.

Cycle

High energy, uplifting, sweaty, fun! Using the music to drive us, you experience hills, jogs, and climbs. My favorite intervals are “races” and loooooong climbs. Clip in and let’s have some fun together. 30 and 45-minute classes available.

Fun fact: In 2018 I completed the NYC Triathlon without training outdoors - strictly indoor cycling - and averaged 20mph on the bike. THIS WORKS.  

Don’t have a bike? Hop on a treadmill or hit the pavement and you can run to my classes. I’ll cue your intervals and recovery.
